Right of withdrawal:
You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks (14 days) without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or also

Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived by us must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received goods or services in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation. This can lead to the fact that you must nevertheless fulfil the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the revocation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection, as it would have been possible for you in a retail shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could reduce their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. The buyer/customer has to bear all return costs.
