HELLOWEEN in demand right from the start

In 1984 the band with the distinctive pumpkin in the logo was founded. Already the debut album "Walls Of Jerricho" catapults the heavy metal troupe onto the international stage. The album enjoys an undisputed cult status, and HELLOWEEN merch from that time is in demand like never before. On the one hand, this is certainly due to the high hit density, but on the other hand, it is also due to the fact that this is the start of a career that can hardly be compared.

Kiske joins and the success takes its course

In 1987 Michael Kiske joins the band, because Kai Hansen is fed up with the double burden of guitar and vocals. A stroke of genius that helps "Keeper of the Seven Keys Part 1" flush into the German album charts (1987, #15). Only one year later "Keeper of the Seven Keys Part 2" topped this success and reached number five. From then on, every new HELLOWEEN album landed in the charts. In 1993 Michael Kiske left the band again, which was a blow to the band, but hardly slowed down their success. Because also internationally the band is extremely successful and the Pumpkinheads can be seen on stages all over the world. Numerous other successful albums follow, until 2015's "My God-Given Right" is the last full-fledged work for the time being. Also due to numerous line-up changes, a temporary break follows.

Reunion 2017

With a bang, the news spread in 2017 that HELLOWEEN had reunited - and not only with the last known line-up, but also with old members. The "Pumpkins Reunited" tour features the big names from the band's early days - Weikath, Kiske, Hansen and Grosskopf. For fans of the band, this is a reason for boundless enthusiasm, which is also evident during the numerous tour stops and festival shows.

New single and new album 2021

2021 is finally here. Kiske and Hansen have been working on new material. The new single "Skyfall" is released in April and conquers the top 10 of the German single charts. But that's not all, a new album is also announced for the summer. One more reason to visit our HELLOWEEN shop, where you will find a lot of new merchandise of the Pumpkinheads.
